Job Overview

Employment type: Full time

Shift: Day Shift, Monday to Friday (7 AM - 4 PM), Weekends Off

Work setup: Hybrid, Makati; Onsite for the first 4 weeks, transitioning to a hybrid setup (2 days onsite per week)

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Support, IT Operations, Application Support, or a Level 2 Technical Support role
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications, billing platforms, customer management systems, or other business-critical applications
  • Experience supporting IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking devices, and cloud environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Technical Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience supporting Windows desktop and server environments, with working knowledge of Linux systems
  • Proven experience administering Microsoft 365, including user management, licensing, and core services
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud platform administration; AWS experience is an advantage
  • Strong SQL skills for troubleshooting, data validation, reporting, and application support
  • Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar languages
  • Proficiency in monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting tools for system, application, and network management

Security & Identity Management

  • Hands-on experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM), including user provisioning and access management
  • Experience administering Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune
  • Knowledge of security operations, access control, incident response, vulnerability management, and SIEM tools

Core Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical, application, and security-related issues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment

Your Daily Tasks

Security Operations & Incident Management

  • Respond to IT and security-related incidents, alerts, and service requests within agreed service levels
  • Monitor security alerts across endpoint, identity, cloud, and infrastructure platforms
  • Log, track, and document incidents, investigations, and resolutions in the ticketing system
  • Escalate high-risk security incidents while maintaining ownership and communication
  • Implement security policies across Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and databases

Identity, Access & User Lifecycle Management

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes with strong security controls
  • Perform IAM tasks including account provisioning, access modifications, and privilege reviews
  • Ensure timely removal of access for leavers and role changes
  • Support MFA, conditional access, and identity security controls

End-User & Secure Deskside Support

  • Provide Level 2 support via face-to-face, phone, email, and remote tools
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, and endpoint security issues
  • Assist with secure software installations and configurations

Application, System & Endpoint Security Support

  • Support business applications with a focus on security and data protection
  • Assist with endpoint protection, patching, and system hardening
  • Support system changes and upgrades following security best practices
  • Collaborate with application owners and security teams to resolve risks

Monitoring, Documentation & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor IT systems and security controls for stable and secure operations
  • Maintain accurate technical and security documentation
  • Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and security enhancements

Security, Compliance & Collaboration

  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies, standards, and procedures
  • Maintain strong security posture through access control and data protection practices
  • Collaborate with IT Security and internal teams to support broader initiatives
