Marketing Associate

About the role

As a Marketing Associate at Cebu Landmasters, Inc.', you will play a key role in supporting the company's marketing efforts. In this full-time position based in Cebu City, Cebu, you will assist in the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns to promote the company's real estate projects and services. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the dynamic field of real estate marketing.

What you'll be doing

• Support the marketing team in implementing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and print

• Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather project information and develop engaging content

• Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

• Participate in event planning and execution to promote the company's brand and offerings

• Maintain and update the company's marketing assets, including the website and social media platforms

• Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed

What we're looking for

• Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in the real estate industry

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and compelling content

• Proficient in using marketing tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, social media platforms, and data analysis tools

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and multitask effectively

• Passion for the real estate industry and a keen interest in marketing trends and best practices
