APAC IT Service Delivery Manager
Will oversee and coordinate IT infrastructure service delivery across the Asia-Pacific region.
The role will act as the main link between Corporate IT and the local IT teams in APAC, ensuring that corporate standards, infrastructure policies, service levels, project timelines and governance requirements are consistently implemented across the region.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Regional IT Service Delivery
Ensure effective IT infrastructure service delivery across the APAC region.
Coordinate and supervise local IT teams to ensure compliance with corporate IT standards.
Act as the main escalation point for critical infrastructure incidents.
Monitor service levels, incident resolution times and operational performance.
Ensure that local IT support is aligned with business requirements and corporate priorities.
2. Corporate IT Alignment
Act as the operational bridge between Corporate IT and APAC countries.
Ensure the implementation of corporate infrastructure, security, backup and governance policies.
Follow up on corporate IT requirements and ensure regional execution.
Provide regular reporting to Corporate IT on service status, infrastructure performance, incidents, risks, KPIs and project progress.
Support the standardization of IT processes across the region.
3. Team Management
Directly manage and coordinate local IT teams across the assigned countries.
Assign priorities and follow up on execution of agreed actions.
Support local teams in resolving operational issues and escalating when needed.
Promote a service-oriented culture aligned with corporate standards.
Drive accountability and consistency in the way IT services are delivered across APAC.
4. Infrastructure Projects
Lead and coordinate regional infrastructure projects.
Manage project timelines, resources, deliverables and risks.
Ensure infrastructure projects are delivered according to corporate requirements and agreed deadlines.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, local teams and external vendors.
Provide visibility on project progress, blockers and required decisions.
5. Asset Management and Corporate Platforms
Ensure that 100% of IT equipment under scope is properly managed through the corporate platform.
Maintain regional visibility over IT assets, including computers, servers, network equipment, licenses and related infrastructure.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of IT asset inventories across countries.
Follow up on gaps, missing assets or non-compliance issues.
6. Vendor and Provider Management
Coordinate with local and regional IT providers, including ISPs, hardware suppliers, technical support providers and infrastructure vendors.
Support vendor performance reviews and escalation of service issues.
Ensure providers comply with service expectations, security standards and business needs.
Support procurement and renewal processes related to infrastructure services.
7. Business Partnership
Maintain regular interaction with local business leaders and Country Managers.
Understand business needs and translate them into IT service requirements.
Support business continuity from an infrastructure perspective.
Ensure that IT service delivery supports operational and commercial objectives in each country.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, IT service delivery or IT operations management.
Previous experience managing IT teams, preferably in a multinational or regional environment.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud environments, communications, backup endpoint management and infrastructure security.
Experience managing multi-country or multi-site IT projects.
Experience working with corporate IT standards, governance models and service management processes.
Experience managing external IT vendors and service providers.
Solid understanding of ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks.
Experience interacting with senior business stakeholders and corporate functions.
Spanish is required or strongly preferred, as the role will interact regularly with Corporate IT.
