This is a one-year, project-based position designed for underboard radiologic technologists or allied medical graduates who are looking to gain valuable clinical experience and professional growth.
- What You'll Do -
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the preparation and processing of radiological images for diagnostic use
Accurately encoding patient information and imaging data into PACS/RIS systems
Ensuring image quality, accuracy, and completeness prior to interpretation
Coordinating with radiologists to facilitate the timely release of reports
Communicating diagnostic results to patients with clarity, professionalism, and empathy
Maintaining and updating patient records and imaging databases
Upholding strict confidentiality and compliance with data privacy regulations
- Who We're Looking For -
Education:
Graduate of BS Radiologic Technology or any 4-year allied medical course
Underboard applicants from BS Nursing or BS Radiologic Technology programs are welcome to apply
Experience:
Familiarity with PACS and RIS platforms is an advantage (training will be provided)
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and quality control awareness
Computer-proficient and capable of multitasking in fast-paced environments
Personal Attributes:
Compassionate communicator with good written and verbal skills
Comfortable working with both patients and healthcare professionals in a collaborative setting
Willing to work rotational shifts (five-day work week with varying rest days)

2008- Maxicare opened its Filomena Primary Care Center located in AMkati City
2009- Maxicare opened its 8th Primary Care Center in My Health Clinic, Festival Super Mall, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
2010- Maxicare opened Primary Care Centers at St Luke's Medical Center - Global City and Quezon City, My Health Clinic- Robinson's Cybergate (Cebu)
