IT Governance, Risk and Compliance Lead
Critical activities on the first 3 - 6 months:
1. Own the IT policy library: drafting, versioning, periodic review, and enforcement tracking
2. Translate policies into operational controls that make compliance the default behavior, not a manual step
3. Maintain the IT RAID log across all active programs and BAU operations
4. Track open audit findings, cybersecurity action items, and regulatory obligations with named owners and hard due dates; prevent items from aging without resolution
5. Own end-to-end vendor accountability across all IT service providers covering data engineering, software development, QA, business analysis, IT operations, platform engineering, and BI
6. Define and enforce SLA tracking, deliverable acceptance criteria, and evidence requirements per vendor role and contract
Minimum 5-7 years of IT governance experience is required for this position.
Bachelor's degree is required as the minimum education level for this role.
ITIL certification is required for this position.
A minimum of 5 years of risk management experience is essential for maintaining IT RAID logs and risk oversight activities.
Minimum 1 year of vendor management experience is required to effectively manage end-to-end vendor accountability across all IT service providers.
