ROLE SUMMARY
The Learning & Admin Manager oversees the Learning Administration team responsible for the end-to-end coordination and operational delivery of PwC’s learning programs. This role ensures that all learning activities — from scheduling and communication to reporting and evaluation — are executed with accuracy, efficiency, and a learner-centric mindset.
As a people leader and process owner, the Learning Admin Manager drives team capability, quality assurance, and process improvement, enabling the firm to deliver consistent, high-impact learning experiences at scale.
REPORTING
This position will report to the Talent Management Leader.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Leadership & Development
Lead and develop a team of Learning Admin Associates, Senior Associates, and Admin Leads.
Set clear performance expectations and support ongoing development through coaching, mentoring, and feedback.
Monitor team capacity, balance workload distribution, and manage resource planning across multiple programs or Lines of Service.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture that aligns with PwC’s values.
Operational Management
Oversee day-to-day learning operations, ensuring service levels are met in accuracy, timeliness, and learner satisfaction.
Serve as the escalation point for complex issues or delivery challenges.
Maintain visibility over all ongoing programs, ensuring that deadlines and quality standards are consistently achieved.
Review and approve key reports, rosters, and learning data to ensure integrity and compliance.
Process Improvement & Governance
Standardize and document administrative procedures and best practices.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, or tool optimization.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and service quality.
Ensure alignment with global L&D governance, policies, and audit requirements.
Stakeholder Partnership
Collaborate closely with Learning Leads, Program Managers, and other L&D functions to ensure seamless program delivery.
Provide operational insights and recommendations that enhance the learner experience.
Represent the Learning Admin team in meetings and planning sessions with internal stakeholders.
Communicate effectively across multiple LoS or project teams to ensure alignment and issue resolution.
Reporting & Insights
Monitor and analyze operational metrics (e.g., SLA adherence, error rate, turnaround time, satisfaction scores).
Use data to identify performance trends, bottlenecks, or areas for optimization.
Prepare regular operational reports and updates for senior leadership review.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
Essential Requirements
5–8 years of experience in learning operations or administration, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
Prior experience managing teams in a shared services or professional services environment preferred.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (e.g., Cornerstone).
Data analysis and reporting proficiency.
Familiarity with process improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma) preferred.
Behavioral Skills
Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent planning and organizational ability; able to manage multiple priorities.
Strategic and analytical mindset with attention to operational detail.
Effective communication and stakeholder management at various levels.
Change agility and commitment to continuous improvement.
Preferred Experience / Skills
Proficiency in Alteryx, PowerBI, PowerApps
