Role Overview
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to support our recruitment operations for a 4-month project. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and endorsing qualified candidates while supporting high-volume hiring initiatives and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, job fairs, and other recruitment channels
Conduct resume screening and initial interviews
Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate recruitment records
Coordinate interviews and provide updates to candidates and hiring teams
Create and post job advertisements across sourcing platforms
Support high-volume hiring campaigns and talent pipeline development
Assist with candidate documentation, offers, and onboarding activities
Participate in recruitment events and employer branding initiatives
Recommend process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency
Perform other recruitment-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
College level or higher
At least 6 months to 1 year of recruitment, sourcing, HR, or related experience
Experience supporting volume hiring is required
Familiarity with JobStreet, LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, and similar sourcing platforms
Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Willing to work on a flexible schedule (day shift or mid shift)
Willing to report onsite in Bacolod City or Dumaguete City
