Qualifications
Essential
- 1 to 3 years of administrative experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience working with databases or electronic management systems
- Understanding of confidentiality, data protection, and information security requirements
Desirable
- Experience working in a healthcare, care home, or compliance environment
- Experience using RADAR Healthcare or similar incident and compliance management systems
- Knowledge of UK GDPR and information governance requirements
- Experience delivering training and supporting system users

Responsibilities
RADAR Healthcare Administration
- Perform daily administrative activities within the RADAR Healthcare system
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across the platform
- Monitor incident reporting, audit completion, and system utilization across care homes
- Respond to general RADAR inquiries and resolve system-related issues
- Coordinate with RADAR Healthcare representatives regarding system updates, enhancements, and improvements
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Monitor care home performance against key safety and compliance indicators
- Follow up on outstanding audits, actions, and reports to ensure timely completion
- Extract, analyze, and compile data for Board meetings, Regional meetings, and management reports
- Prepare regular performance reports, dashboards, and operational summaries
Training and User Support
- Coordinate RADAR Healthcare training sessions for new and existing users
- Deliver RADAR Healthcare training as required
- Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and support resources
- Promote best practices and effective system utilization across the organization
Projects and Stakeholder Engagement
- Participate in meetings and collaborate with RADAR Healthcare and Care Concern Group teams on projects and system developments
- Support the implementation of new safety initiatives and operational processes
- Coordinate with contractors and external partners requiring system access for reporting purposes
- Ensure contractor compliance with reporting requirements and system protocols
Compliance and Data Protection
- Ensure compliance with UK GDPR requirements and organizational data protection policies
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Support compliance monitoring, governance activities, and safety department initiatives
General Administrative Support
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate electronic records
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute supporting documentation
- Manage departmental correspondence, filing systems, and administrative records
- Provide administrative support to the Safety Manager and Head of Safety
- Perform additional duties aligned with the role and assigned by leadership
