Korean Bilingual (Customer Service) | Quezon City
This role supports global map operations for a leading search engine company. Associates are responsible for moderating listings, ensuring accuracy, and meeting turnaround times. The Manila site operates as a backup to Hyderabad, handling multiple projects. Korean bilingual capability is required to support language‑specific tasks and cultural context.
Job Description:
· Moderate map listings with >98% accuracy
· Complete tasks within defined SLA/TAT timelines
· Handle inbound/outbound calls with professionalism
· Track and manage personal performance metrics
· Exercise judgment to ensure correct information is updated on maps
· Aim for 100% user satisfaction and zero escalations
· Identify areas of opportunity and escalate to supervisors
· Flexibility to work graveyard shifts and weekends
Qualifications:
· At least 2nd year college completed
· Comfortable working with explicit/sensitive content
· Proficient in MS Office; typing speed of 30 WPM
· Fair knowledge of Google Maps navigation and geography
· Excellent communication skills in English and Korean; strong cultural awareness
· Strong analytical, search, and customer service orientation
· Willing to work onsite in Quezon City, Metro Manila, in 24×7 rotational shifts
