Join our team as an IT Senior Manager and play a critical leadership role in ensuring seamless IT operations, infrastructure reliability, and exceptional end-user support across our global business.
As an IT Senior Manager, you will oversee day-to-day IT operations, lead high-performing teams, and partner with global stakeholders to deliver world-class technical support, infrastructure management, and continuous process improvements in a fast-paced BPO environment.
What You’ll Bring:
6+ years of progressive experience in IT leadership, preferably within a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or corporate IT environment.
In-depth knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, and other disciplines related to service delivery with a good understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles
Strong background in people leadership, team development, and stakeholder management.
Proven experience managing global IT support operations and cross-functional technical teams.
Willing to work between McKinley Hill, Taguig and Antipolo sites – depends on the business needs
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end user support operations, ensuring timely resolution of desktop, laptop, software, and hardware-related concerns.
Oversee network, voice, server, and infrastructure troubleshooting, minimizing risks and improving system uptime.
Drive IT asset lifecycle management, including procurement, inventory, maintenance, and compliance.
Manage and optimize remote support tools and global IT service operations.
Collaborate with vendors and ISPs to ensure smooth service delivery and issue resolution.
Oversee patch management, deployment, and system updates across multiple locations.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and operational procedures.
Maintain and improve technical documentation, reporting, and service desk processes.
Support and troubleshoot diverse IT equipment including Windows devices, MacBook, iMac, servers, monitors, and network switches.
