Are you passionate about tax compliance and financial accuracy? Ivoclar is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support and oversee tax operations across our global organization.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for direct and indirect tax processes, ensuring accurate filings, managing transfer pricing activities, and maintaining compliance with regulations. You’ll play a vital part in supporting smooth financial operations, mitigating risks, and driving efficiency across our global shared services.

Key Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for any of these Tax processes:

Manage Direct Tax

• Prepare Tax Declarations

• Calculate, Review and Book Current and Deferred Tax Provisions

• Monitor and Follow Up Tax Filings

Manage Indirect Tax

• Review and Maintain Tax Information

• Prepare Tax Declarations

• Tax Reconciliation and Adjustments

• Monitor and Follow Up Tax Filings

Manage Transfer Pricing

• Monitor Arm’s Length Margin and Deviations

• Monitor Intercompany Contracts

• Prepare and Monitor Transfer Pricing Documentation

Compliance

• Ensure business activities comply with legal and ethical requirements.

• Ensure compliance with Ivoclar Vivadent’s Quality System.

• Adherence to Ivoclar Vivadent Code of Business Conduct.

Other Tax Responsibilities:

Systems

Be familiar and confident with computer business packages which include:

• SAP

• Service Now

• Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field required.

• At least 3-4 years of experience in the field of Finance and Accounting preferably Tax operations

• Should posses creative problem-solving skills, can multi-task, knows prioritization of tasks, resourceful, Adaptable, Flexible, tech-savy, keen on details, has a high EQ (Emotional Quotient), has an understanding of proper etiquette, and has a high sense of integrity.

• Must have excellent written and spoken communication skills.
