    Company with good leaders and management personel.
    The good thingsIvoclar Vivadent Inc., a stable company not only because it is and international business, but also managed and steered by good leaders in the management. The company takes care of the business well as well as it ensure the employees or workforce is being taken care of, including personal welfare ensuring employees are able to perform their task efficiently resulting to business success. I have work with different management, I could say that managment was build from experience and professional trainings, not to mention that Ivoclar Vivadent Inc. is an ISO certified company.
    The challengesThe company business is doing great, but before that, it had experience a lot of business challenges. It was mould and solidify by teamwork and great leadership. Company encounters issues with workforce performance, which was addressed by open dialogue and trainings, production/manufacturing targets being challenged by demands and still meets the goal thru great leaders plan and executions.

    The good thingsthey give us free meal, we have 13th and 14th month pay, we have free massage every Friday and a mass in every 3rd week of the month plus performance bonus and summer outing in the month of April.
    The challengeswe don't have medical assistance for our loves ones and low salary.
