About the role

Join our dynamic team at Alorica Teleservices, Inc. as an Operations Team Leader (BPO) in Davao City, Davao del Sur. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial supervisory and leadership position, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our busy call centre. As the operations team leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of customer service professionals, providing guidance, support, and motivation to help them excel in their roles.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervise and coach a team of customer service representatives, setting clear performance expectations and providing regular feedback

  2. Monitor team productivity, quality, and adherence to established processes and procedures

  3. Identify training needs and implement development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of your team

  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

  5. Analyse data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions

  6. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, open communication, and a customer-centric approach

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a call centre or customer service environment

  2. Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

  3. Excellent leadership and coaching abilities to motivate and develop your team

  4. Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use performance metrics to drive continuous improvement

  5. Familiarity with call centre operations, processes, and technologies

  6. Fluency in English, both written and verbal
