A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

As a Claims Administrative Assistant, you will support the day-to-day clerical duties of Claims Management Services by maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating pending tasks, and helping ensure claims processes are completed with urgency, quality, and professionalism.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Claims Documentation and File Management - Review, upload, scan, and organize claims-related documents accurately. Maintain file notes and ensure claims information is updated based on established procedures. Support proper claim setup by entering required details into the claims system.

  • Back Office Processing - Process administrative tasks related to claims, bills, invoices, correspondence, emails, mail, and incoming faxes. Monitor assigned queues, voicemail, and pending tasks to ensure timely handling. Follow documented workflows, quality standards, and internal procedures.

  • Adjuster and Stakeholder Support - Provide timely updates to adjusters, leaders, clients, claimants, doctors, and other stakeholders. Review available documentation first before escalating questions or requests for assistance. Act on adjuster instructions with urgency, accuracy, and quality.

  • Compliance and Quality Execution - Handle customer, claims, and business information in line with privacy and compliance expectations. Support quality checks, exception reporting, and process accuracy. Help ensure commitments and action items are completed within expected timelines.

A BIT ABOUT YOU

  • At least 1 year of experience in back-office processing, administrative support, claims support, insurance, healthcare, legal, finance, or BPO operations.

  • Comfortable handling documents, emails, queues, system updates, and data entry.

  • Able to follow detailed instructions, standard procedures, and quality requirements.

  • Can review information carefully before escalating or taking action.

  • Able to communicate professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Comfortable working onsite and supporting a shifting or night shift schedule, depending on business need.
