Data Entry Specialist Agent - (Non Voice)
Key responsibilities:
Consolidate and enter contact data from multiple sources into our CRM and shared contact lists.
Research and validate contact details (company, title, department, phone, email, location) using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo and other reputable sources.
Add supplemental information
Ensure data quality and consistent formatting; follow data-entry standards and naming conventions.
Tag contacts according to instruction
Maintain confidentiality and comply with company data security policies.
Required skills:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and willingness to use paid intelligence tools (ZoomInfo) if provided.
Comfortable working with CRMs or spreadsheets.
Good written communication and basic research skills.
Preferred but not required:
Previous experience with contact enrichment or administrative support.
Amenable to work on a shifting schedule.
Willing to work onsite in Makati City.
