URGENT HIRING | Customer Service Representative | Travel Account | Legazpi
As a Customer Service Associate for our World's Leading Travel Experiences Platform in Legazpi, you'll be handling all booking-related inquiries, including pre-booking questions and assistance with reservations. You will expertly handle cancellations and refund requests, manage amendments and changes to existing bookings, and ensure that customers receive timely booking confirmations. Additionally, you’ll assist customers with our "Reserve Now, Pay Later" options to enhance their travel planning experience.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
Provide clear and professional answers to various questions regarding Travel inquiries;
Meet all productivity and quality requirements and guidelines;
Model and work by the company's core values; and
Achieve and maintain required metrics and goals.
You’ll be a great match if you have:
Finished at least 2 years in college (or High School Graduate + relevant work experience)
Sales, Outbound Sales or Travel experiences are preferred
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge on computers
