A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

As a Call Center Agent for a blended account, you will support customers through chat, email, voice, or back-office work depending on business need. You will help resolve inquiries accurately while following quality, security, and compliance standards.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Customer Support Across Channels - Handle customer inquiries through chat, email, voice, or back-office channels depending on account requirements. Respond to questions, concerns, transactions, disputes, account updates, or service requests professionally. Use clear written and verbal communication to guide customers and manage expectations.

  • Account Review and Documentation - Review account information, transaction details, customer records, and related documentation. Update systems accurately and ensure customer commitments are followed through. Escalate complex cases when needed while keeping records complete and organized.

  • Compliance and Quality - Follow internal controls, data privacy rules, security procedures, and account-specific guidelines. Meet daily productivity, quality, attendance, and customer experience expectations. Adapt to process changes, coaching, and shifting business priorities.

A BIT ABOUT YOU

  • At least 1 year of BPO, call center, customer service, chat support, email support, or back-office experience.

  • Strong written English communication skills, with good verbal communication skills for blended support.

  • Comfortable reviewing customer information, handling account-related concerns, and documenting case updates.

  • Willing to work onsite in Eastwood on shifting, night shift, weekend, or holiday schedules as needed.

  • Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
