Qualifications
- Open to fresh graduates with 0 to 1 year of experience, preferably highly trainable candidates with a degree in Business Management, Financial Management, or any related course.
- Willingness to Learn: Eager to be trained, able to follow instructions, and open to feedback
- Attention to Detail: Careful and accurate when handling data and documents
- Work Ethic: Reliable, consistent, and comfortable with routine tasks
- Communication: Clear written English for internal communication
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with systems like Xplan is not required but will be taught
Responsibilities
Service Agreement Support
- Assist in preparing client service agreements using provided templates
- Send documents for signature via email or digital platforms
- Track and follow up on outstanding forms with guidance from the team
Form Processing & Data Entry
- Monitor shared inboxes for client documents and submissions
- Accurately input data into internal systems (training provided)
- Update client records and help track key dates and deadlines
Insurance Reports Preparation
- Download policy schedule reports from various platforms
- Prepare insurance schedule using existing templates (training provided)
Review Preparation Support
- Download reports from various platforms using guided steps
- Organize files into structured folders for team use
- Ensure required documents are complete before handover
General Administration
- Maintain organized digital filing systems
- Assist with basic data checks and clean-up tasks
- Maintain internal compliance checklist after every advice meeting
- Provide general administrative support as needed

- Tasks are completed accurately with improving consistency over time
- Able to follow processes independently after training
- Meets deadlines and maintains reliable output
- Demonstrates growth, initiative, and readiness for increased responsibilities
