Senior Business Acceleration Manager
This role focuses on leading the development and end-to-end lifecycle of Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) products within a competitive retail electricity market. It involves identifying market and technical gaps, designing and deploying commercially viable energy solutions, and creating offerings that simplify energy management and improve efficiency for clients. The position is highly strategic, combining market expansion, product innovation, and execution to build scalable, customer-centric energy services.
Key Responsibilities:
·Develop and transform energy engineering solutions (Solar PV, HVAC optimization, Power Quality, and Energy Storage) into scalable and market-ready Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) offerings.
·Create innovative commercial and financial models such as Shared Savings, Guaranteed Savings, and subscription-based energy solutions to help clients reduce upfront investment costs.
-Lead the end-to-end deployment of EaaS projects, from pilot implementation to standardized and scalable service delivery.
·Collaborate closely with Engineering, Project, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure solutions are technically reliable, commercially competitive, and aligned with client needs.
What We Are Looking For:
5–8 years of experience in the energy sector, particularly in ESCO, Renewable Energy, or Power Retail, with proven experience in launching new products or services.
Licensed Professional Electrical Engineer (REE) with strong hands-on experience and practical knowledge of power systems operations.
Strong background in financial modeling, project financing, P&L management, and sensitivity analysis for energy projects.
Excellent academic background from a reputable university.
Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams, projects, student organizations, or corporate initiatives.
Entrepreneurial and innovative mindset with the ability to drive business growth and scalable energy solutions.
