Qualifications:
• Graduate of any-IT related course
• Has basic knowledge of computer operation and troubleshooting
• Responsible, hardworking, and willing to follow instructions
• Possesses good communication and teamwork skills
• Can work under pressure and manage tasks efficiently
• Eager to gain experience and contribute to the team

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist in computer troubleshooting and technical support
• Help maintain computer systems, hardware, and software
• Support daily IT-related tasks and office operations
• Perform other duties assigned by the assistant supervisor
