In this company i almost 5 yrs work here as maintenance staff. Were conducted preventive maintenance of all machine . Installation of building electrical wiring, 6s is the most .
The good thingsI enjoy in this company are communations with the officers were they are giving a job to do. When we are in machine problem conduct truoble shooting with my co worker, were sharing knowlegde and ideas. We make our job as a sports. And also we love each other as like a brother.
The challengesThe challeges are giving corrective action on machine problem, induction furnaces, electrical problem , installation of building wiring , forkift trouble shooting, compress air, over head crane. And aslo were conduct preventive maintenance .
