PROCUREMENT OFFICER
Manage the procurement of food and beverage supplies, housekeeping materials, engineering spare parts, and other operational requirements
Coordinate with department heads (F&B, Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office) to assess and fulfill purchasing needs accurately and on time
Evaluate and manage supplier relationships, ensuring consistent quality, timely delivery, and competitive pricing
Coordinate closely with the Project Manager, Architect, and Interior Designer to procure all renovation-related materials
Source and procure all FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) and OS&E (Operating Supplies and Equipment) in line with the renovation design specifications and brand standards
Maintain complete documentation of all renovation-related purchases for project accounting, auditing, and insurance purposes
Liaise with contractors and suppliers to resolve issues related to material defects, shortages, or substitutions
Maintain an updated supplier and vendor database with performance evaluations and accreditation records
