HR Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an HR Analyst to join our dynamic HR team. As an HR Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the organization's compensation and benefits strategies, ensuring our employees are rewarded competitively and fairly.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting market research and analysis to benchmark our compensation and benefits packages against industry standards

• Providing data-driven recommendations to improve our employee value proposition and attract top talent

• Maintaining and updating our compensation and benefits database, ensuring accurate and timely records

• Assisting in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies

• Collaborating with the HR team to develop and implement compensation strategies that align with our overall business objectives

• Preparing reports and presentations to share key insights and data with senior leadership

• Providing exceptional customer service and support to employees regarding compensation and benefits inquiries

What we're looking for

• 3-5 years of experience in a compensation and benefits, HR analytics, or a similar analytical role

• Strong understanding of compensation and benefits best practices, as well as relevant laws and regulations

• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and presenting insights to stakeholders

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across the organisation

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field
