HR Analyst
About the role
We are seeking an HR Analyst to join our dynamic HR team. As an HR Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the organization's compensation and benefits strategies, ensuring our employees are rewarded competitively and fairly.
What you'll be doing
Conducting market research and analysis to benchmark our compensation and benefits packages against industry standards
Providing data-driven recommendations to improve our employee value proposition and attract top talent
Maintaining and updating our compensation and benefits database, ensuring accurate and timely records
Assisting in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies
Collaborating with the HR team to develop and implement compensation strategies that align with our overall business objectives
Preparing reports and presentations to share key insights and data with senior leadership
Providing exceptional customer service and support to employees regarding compensation and benefits inquiries
What we're looking for
3-5 years of experience in a compensation and benefits, HR analytics, or a similar analytical role
Strong understanding of compensation and benefits best practices, as well as relevant laws and regulations
Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and presenting insights to stakeholders
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across the organisation
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field
