Talent Access Specialist | HMO | Life Insurance | HYBRID

We are hiring a Talent Sourcing Specialist to support recruitment operations across South East Asia. This role is ideal for recruitment professionals with talent sourcing as their core expertise, particularly in proactive candidate identification, market mapping, and passive candidate engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and engage talent through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and talent networks

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across SEA markets

  • Conduct market mapping and passive candidate outreach

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support hiring requirements

  • Coordinate interviews and candidate scheduling

  • Maintain accurate candidate updates in the ATS

  • Deliver a seamless and professional candidate experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 3–5 years of talent sourcing/recruitment experience

  • Talent sourcing as their core expertise

  • Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools, and recruitment platforms

  • Proven ability to identify and engage passive candidates

  • Experience supporting high-volume hiring in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiar with ATS platforms (Workday preferred) and Microsoft Office tools

  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills

  • FMCG, agency, executive search, or corporate recruitment experience preferred
