If you have a bachelor's degree and a background in BPO, corporate training, virtual assistance, or professional English communication, this role is for you.

Rate: PHP 180 - PHP 220 /hr

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Deliver one-on-one and small group Business English sessions to adult professionals

• Help learners improve communication for meetings, presentations, emails, and negotiations

• Follow structured lesson guides with support from EDGE Tutor’s coaching and quality team

• Provide feedback that drives real, measurable improvement in learner confidence

SCHEDULE & SETUP

• Flexible schedule aligned to your availability and client region

• Commitment: 25 hours per week, with 2 rest days (one working weekend preferred)

• Global peak windows: 

5 AM–2 PM
3 PM–6 PM
7 PM–12 AM
12 AM–4 AM

• Immediate start available — most tutors launch within 5 days

LAUNCH BONUSES

• PHP 5,000 Sign-Up Bonus (upon successful launch) 

• PHP 1,500 for completing and passing the client demo

• PHP 500 for completing the TEFL certification within 5 hours

• PHP 3,000 Switcher Bonus (2+ years recent experience on another platform) 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• University graduate (Any 4-year course)

• Bachelor's Diploma and Transcript of Record (TOR)

• TEFL/TESOL Certificate (120 hrs+) – or willingness to obtain during training

• Strong spoken English proficiency (C2 level – EFSET required

• Philippine-issued bank account (for payroll purposes)

• Benchmark: CPU score ≥ 3000

• RAM: 8GB or higher

• Storage: 30GB free space

• Internet (Main): Wired LAN, 25 Mbps+ (download & upload)

• Internet (Backup): Wired backup / Prepaid WiFi / Pocket WiFi, 15 Mbps+
