If you don't want to have a life, take this job
The good thingsGood pay and clear work tasks. Always on time for payday.
The challengesWork schedule is demanding. The total work time is only 8 hours of teaching but your scheduled working shift is 10-11 hours and they say "but you have longer breaks" but those breaks were told to us to use for doing MORE offline work. Very client heavy and not so much employee favor. No paid leaves

The team and management have also been incredibly supportive and understanding, which created a positive workplace where I felt motivated to do my best. The challengesSince it’s a fast-paced environment and the company is still relatively young, there are definitely areas that can continue to improve. But this also makes it an exciting place to be in, as there’s room to contribute to its growth and be part of shaping its future.
