What You’ll Do: 

• Collaborate in a fast-paced, BIM-driven environment, building and enhancing your skills. 

• Create and model MEPF families and elements (LOD100-500). 

• Read, interpret, and create Architectural and MEPF drawings such as Engineering and Construction drawings, MEP riser diagrams, and Schedules. 

• Conduct clash detections and coordinate with different disciplines to ensure project success. 

• Work with international BIM standards and ISO19650 practices. 

• Gain hands-on experience with cloud platforms like BIM360 and Autodesk Construction Cloud. 

Who You Are: 

• Graduate of BS Architecture, BS Engineering, BS Mechanical/Electrical, or related fields. 

• Must have at least 3 years of experience as BIM Modeller.

• Hands-on experience with Point Cloud Projects and Autodesk ReCap Pro is a definite advantage!

• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, and MS Office. Experience with Sketchup, Rhino, or other modeling software is a plus. 

• Experience with Revit MEPF and landscaping? That's a bonus! 

• Strong communicator, fluent in English (both written and spoken). 

• Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking skills, always spotting potential errors and seeking better solutions. 

• Adaptable to different project types, team sizes, and workflows.
