Location: Philippines - Mabalacat (Pampanga)
Schedule: Night Shift
Job Description:
Engage daily with clients
Provide excellent customer service for existing clients
Represent the brand in a positive way
Act as a point person for all clients when attending to their needs
Follow up on customers' quotes
Develop business relationships within client accounts through regular meetings, phone calls, and networking events

Qualifications and requirements:
Satisfactory problem-solving skills to help resolve customer complaints or needs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate product ideas to clients
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of customers and clients
Time management and multitasking skills in order to handle multiple tasks and clients at once
Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs
Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates, and renewals
Work with sales and other internal teams to ensure KPIs are being met
Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
Advanced motivational and negotiation skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
