BPO Team Lead for Travel Campaign with at least 2 years GDS experience for Travel Account
Responsibilities
Evaluates current processes and recommend improvements to gain efficiencies.
Provides strategic direction to area of business for critical business decisions.
Initiates and leads standardization, improvement, re-engineering / cost effectiveness initiatives.
Identifies and implements revenue generation opportunities.
Works in diverse challenging environment and offer consultation & define the business requirements.
Leads change management efforts and share best practices with team and build diverse talent.
Delivers high quality standards across the processes and projects.
Adheres to Controls and compliance as per company policy and norms.
Qualifications
Skills Technical Skills
Knowledge of MS Office Applications.
Proficiency in GDS (Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus, etc.).
Process Specific Skills
The candidate should have a basic understanding of travel industry terms.
Soft Skills (Desired)
E2E Travel Process knowledge.
Self Starter with ability to multitask.
Willing to work in 24 x 7 atmosphere.
Soft Skills (Minimum)
Excellent communication skills, Written and oral.
Result focus and self-driven.
High on flexibility.
Good in Multi-tasking and Time Management.
