BPO Team Lead for Travel Campaign with at least 2 years GDS experience for Travel Account

Responsibilities

  • Evaluates current processes and recommend improvements to gain efficiencies.

  • Provides strategic direction to area of business for critical business decisions.

  • Initiates and leads standardization, improvement, re-engineering / cost effectiveness initiatives.

  • Identifies and implements revenue generation opportunities.

  • Works in diverse challenging environment and offer consultation & define the business requirements.

  • Leads change management efforts and share best practices with team and build diverse talent.

  • Delivers high quality standards across the processes and projects.

  • Adheres to Controls and compliance as per company policy and norms.


Qualifications

  • Skills Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of MS Office Applications.

  • Proficiency in GDS (Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus, etc.).


  • Process Specific Skills

  • The candidate should have a basic understanding of travel industry terms.


  • Soft Skills (Desired)

  • E2E Travel Process knowledge.

  • Self Starter with ability to multitask.

  • Willing to work in 24 x 7 atmosphere.


  • Soft Skills (Minimum)

  • Excellent communication skills, Written and oral.

  • Result focus and self-driven.

  • High on flexibility.

  • Good in Multi-tasking and Time Management.
