Jr. Total Rewards Consultant
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred.
1–2 years of experience in HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or Total Rewards is an advantage.
Knowledge of benefits administration, compensation processes, and HR operations.
Experience using HR systems such as Workday, Darwin, or similar platforms preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in handling employee information.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day administration of employee benefits, compensation, and total rewards programs.
Assist in processing benefits enrollment, insurance updates, employee movements, and absence management transactions.
Coordinate with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits and compensation-related inputs.
Prepare reports and analyze employee data to support HR and Total Rewards decision-making.
Monitor and resolve employee inquiries and HR cases related to total rewards programs.
Assist in identifying process issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Support audits by preparing required documentation and reports.
Coordinate with external vendors regarding benefits administration and service delivery.
Help create and update process documentation, guidelines, and training materials.
Ensure timely handling of new hires, salary changes, employee exits, and insurance updates through HR systems such as Workday and Darwin.
