Customer Service Representative — AI Action Camera

Requirements:

  • At least finished SHS or completed 2 years in college

  • 1 year experience in BPO industry handling blended campaigns

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Amendable working during graveyard shifts (fixed graveyard)

  • Can working during weekends and/or holidays, if required

  • Can work in Gilmore, Quezon City (beside LRT Gilmore Station)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries through voice calls, email, and chat regarding AI camera products and services.

  • Provide product information including features, specifications, setup process, and compatibility.

  • Assist customers with order status, delivery updates, returns, exchanges, and warranty concerns.

  • Guide customers through basic troubleshooting, installation, and configuration of AI cameras and related applications.

  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the system and maintain updated records.

  • Coordinate with technical support, logistics, and other internal teams to resolve customer issues.

  • Ensure concerns are addressed within service level agreements and company policies.

  • Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent customer service across all communication channels.

  • Follow campaign procedures, quality standards, and data privacy guidelines when handling customer information.

  • Meet performance metrics such as productivity, quality assurance scores, and customer satisfaction targets.
