• Monthly Salary: ₱16,000 – ₱18,000 PHP

• Working Days: Monday to Friday (No weekend work)

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Administrative Staff member to support our daily operations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our classes and the reliability of our teaching team. As we cater to high-profile Korean clients like Samsung and Hyundai, we value professionals who take pride in excellence and efficiency.

✅ Minimum Requirements

• Proximity: Must be able to commute to Ortigas, Pasig City for occasional office days.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written English skills.

• Organization: Ability to multitask and handle operational logistics.

• Experience: Previous experience in ESL operations, QA, or admin support is preferred.

📋 Core Responsibilities

• Attendance Monitoring: Track and verify teacher attendance to ensure all classes start on time.

• Quality Assurance (QA): Audit English classes to ensure they meet company standards and client expectations.

• Operational Support: Help manage schedules, update student/teacher records, and assist with daily operational tasks.

• Communication: Coordinate with teachers and management to resolve real-time issues during shifts.
