The good thingsThe TLs are very nice. You can easily approach them if you need anything. With the HR, she's always helpful especially in applying loans. Working here is not stressful. One of a kind.
The challengesThere are only few holidays but they have days wherein we don't have classes. We just need to log-in. It was easy to file a leave of absence though.

It was a bit of a mess.
The good thingsScheduling of the classes was sensible. The pay was given on time.
The challengesThe learning materials provided contained several errors, and the evaluation process (of the students) did not have clear criteria. In addition, the company staff often referred to me with incorrectly spelt names, even after correcting them on multiple occasions. Furthermore, communication between staff seemed terrible since information that was requested to me by the trainer was requested again by the accounting staff.
