Role Overview

Be part of our cybersecurity team and lead initiatives focused on identifying, assessing, and mitigating vulnerabilities across enterprise environments.

As a Security Vulnerability Management Lead, you will drive end-to-end vulnerability management operations, ensuring timely detection, risk prioritization, and remediation of security gaps. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen security posture and ensure compliance with enterprise and regulatory standards.

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in vulnerability management operations
• Lead and guide the team in executing vulnerability scanning, analysis, and remediation activities
• Drive risk-based prioritization and recommend actionable remediation strategies
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and security teams to address identified vulnerabilities
• Monitor and assess security risks, exposures, and compliance gaps
• Support and influence key security and operational decisions across teams
• Develop and implement best practices, processes, and governance standards for vulnerability management
• Facilitate training, coaching, and knowledge-sharing sessions to uplift team capability
• Track and report on vulnerability metrics, remediation status, and risk posture
