Crown Plastics was established as a subsidiary of CROWN ASIA PACIFIC HOLDINGS LIMITED based in Singapore. On October of 2005, PAI, a European investment company ZPPI acquired CROWN Plastics Philippines, Inc. and changed its name to ZELLER PLASTIK PHILIPPINES, INC.In 1993, the whole Zeller Group was bought by the French company, Carnaud Metal Box [CMB], the number four (4) packaging company in the world. Crown Holdings sold its plastic division to PAI Partners and the birth of the new global company named GCS (Global Closure Systems). CROWN Plastics Philippines then changed its name back to the original name ZELLER PLASTIK PHILIPPINES. In March 2016, GCS was bought by RPC and changed its name to RPC ZELLER PLASTIK MANILA.
