Never heard any feedback of my application
The good thingsNever got the chance to work here
The challengesNever heard feedback on my exam, so I followed up. Informed me that it was forgotten somehow. Checked with the other team then informed me I failed. When I asked why, doesn't know the reason why. I know the exam was not looked at since I can see whether the exam files has been accessed or not. Wasted an entire day to complete the exam and several hours to prepare for interviews.

    Internship Experience
The good thingsThis is a great company to start off your software engineering career. The trainers and employees are very accommodating and you can learn a lot of front end and back end technologies from their meetings and webinars. Very conducive for learning, I'd say, since the trainers can guide you with your blockers.
The challengesYou need to have the discipline to learn new techniques unfamiliar to you/. Other than that, you are encouraged to work as full stack.I would suggest improving/revising their guides for training.

Perfect company to start your web development career
The good thingsThe company has good working environment, great people to work with, an avenue for career growth, and the management cares about you. If you work here, you will definitely grow (As a web developer).
The challengesYour salary won't go as fast as your growth. But still, your market value will grow.

Just fine, not too bad and not too good.
The good things-New hire gets a chance to introduce him/herself to the entire company during the daily stand up. There's a couple of meet and greets as well. -No assertion of superiority in team. -Gives you a chance to learn industry standard and procedures. -Growth in terms of practical application and exposure to projects. -Chance to experience working with people from outside the country.
The challenges-Slow procurement of COVID-19 vaccines (compared to other companies' vaccine rollout). No specific solid plans relayed to the employees, information provided is vague. -The "On budget" in the motto is only good for the clients. The only benefits are health bonus and HMO (upon regularization). -This is only my opinion but I think the management is over-hyped based from the previous reviews. The reviews are saying that they care about their employees but for me I am not quite convinced. -Onboarding training can definitely be improved. I don't know if it is really a training or an assessment. -Lack of people to conduct proper training. -The food and drinks for Fun Fridays are only available when working on site. Meaning during pandemic, there are only games. -To have an increase of salary, you need to prepare/review for a non-practical examination. This is similar to examinations in college where you are asked to "explain/discuss the following concepts". As professionals in the industry that we are in, I am not convinced by the concept of passing an oral examination defines the GROWTH that justifies the increase of employees' role title and salary. -Be careful of burnout.

    QA Internship Program
The good thingsInterview - Prompt when answering inquiries via email and scheduling online interviews - Transparent with the process you'll be undergoing - Straight to the point with the skills they would like to see from you Internship Program - Treats their interns as if they really are part of the team. - Gives you the chance to be immersed in the team you're assigned in. From how the team works to how they deliver output. Company - The company and its employees uphold the core values that they mention - HR team works great in terms of keeping everyone in the loop and maintaining a good working environment; very reliable. - Work-Life balance is given importance
The challengesInternship Program - If you get assigned only to one project, there will be days where you don't have much to do so growth as a QA is hindered. - As of the moment, there's no set curriculum for QA interns and you're heavily reliant on your direct supervisor and teammates for the skills you'll be learning.

    Simply put, a great company.
The good thingsThe CEO is down to earth and friendly. Management and operations are sharp and proactive. First and foremost the company prioritizes the safety of its employees, letting them focus on their health and situation before anything else. The company took precautions before quarantine started which allowed the transition of working from home as quick and smooth as possible. Working here is also very collaborative, asking questions across teams in different projects is the norm. The demographic is also quite young, everyone is relatable in someway and its always fun to be around.
The challengesPromotions will be based by your work, skill, and knowledge. If you're only after a payroll you will have hurdles to jump. The company is also quite new so not everything is set in stone. Flexibility and openness to change is a must.

One of the best companies I've worked with
The good thingsOur CEO is the best. He won't make you feel that he is in a high position since he's willing to listen and do everything as long as he can for his employees to feel happy at work. He is very supportive of the growth of his employees. He balances work and fun at work. He has the heart to understand his employee's feelings towards work. You can speak to him anywhere without getting intimidated by his presence. The set of people working at Yousource is fun to be with. They are willing to work with the company towards achieving our goals. Employees are willing to help whenever they can, share their own knowledge with others, and committed to delivering excellence at work.
The challengesAdapting to the changing process.

The Company with Culture and Fun
The good thingsThe main reason that builds up a company is the people. The humans of YouSource provide you with a companionship that can help you with the everyday struggles from work-related to personal things. They will also serve as your source of new knowledge which will, of course, help you grow as an individual.
The challengesSince the company is still on experimental protocols, you may want to be prepared and adapt to fast changes. Compensation is also a bit of an issue if you mind the payroll more than the culture. The workload can tend to be ridiculously high at some point, but that's a challenge worth conquering.

The good things- Management setup is quite millennial. - Great career growth/opportunity. - CEO is superb and highly knowledgeable in Software Development as well as the Managers and TLs.
The challengesPromotion is based upon recognition of talent, skills, and hardship not Seniority.

Great company for those who want to learn
The good thingsYou'll learn a lot of things here. It's also easy to work with the people here. Everyone will be there to help you out if you need some help. It will become clear to you what you're not good at or what you still don't know, and you will get the opportunity to get better at those as long as you take the initiative to do so. They will sit down beside you or spare time to teach you if they think you need it. They're also very generous. They make sure that everyone has what they need to be able to work well. The boss is kind too. Flexible working hours too, so you don't have to worry about balancing your personal life and work.
The challengesThere are standards that should be met. It's a challenge, but you'll learn a lot while trying to meet those standards. It's a good thing.

    Career Development and Growth
The good thingsGreat opportunity for your own career development.
The challengesYou'll have plenty of things to do, means job security which is great. Challenges that arises are usually when you have more than 1 project and work on them simultaneously during sprints, aside from being a delegate and committing to your role for You-source and a bunch of meetings to attend to. A great time management is somewhat a must-have skill.

    SUPERB Software Company
The good thingsThere are a lot of growth opportunities in this company, given that you also have a growth mindset combined with proactiveness and initiative. Working environment is relaxed but people are committed. The working relationship with the CEO is great
The challengesChallenges might depend on which project(s) you get assigned along the way. There are short-term projects where you can easily grow; and long-term projects where you MIGHT get stuck with minimal growth. Again, it's only a challenge not the end of the world. There are still many opportunities around despite your project assignment.

I got lucky and I'm now growing towards my potential
The good thingsThe company is keen on improving the skill set of its employees. It's very flexible with its policies and is able to manage employee expectations.
The challengesIt could do better on honoring the achievements of employees with proper promotion or bonuses instead of the put-forward mechanic. Some individuals are stuck in the rut even if they are doing well on their jobs but could not find the extra time to expend on clearing the requirements for a promotion.

The good thingsThe culture in the company is well preserved from the top to the rank and file. They have a CEO that listens and an HR Manager that not only does the job but is genuinely caring.
