Stable and BeneficialThe good thingsFirst, it is their Appraisal and being a multi-national company, they support trainings even abroad. You have free coffee everyday, meal allowance (when regular employee, else free meal at factory), retirement benefits (min. of 5yrs), HMO, social events,13th & 14thmonth pay, free dishwasher, etc. But beside those perks, what's most important for me, is the fact that they give their employees what they deserve. And their management is composed of very good people.
The challengesIn every company, you will encounter different types of people, I think the only negativity I've seen is that some people would not be as smart as you, not as humble as you, and not as clear like you. But given that, you should be as professional as you always were.
