It is not all bad but definitely not a good experience. I felt I was thrown under the bus when things went south without someone from the management backing me up. Truly demoralizing and traumatic. You’re lucky if you find a good client, if you will get a client that was assigned to mine, for sure it will be traumatic too. It’s still better to go with stable companies with a bit lower offer that will provide job security. The good thingsThe pay. It is a bit higher than average compensation for the role of a CSR. They pay well
The challengesThey let go of their people without discussing further with the client what happened why they would discontinue your employment. Business first as usual. No due process or investigation of the client’s claim is even true or not. I don’t recommend this company if you’re looking for job stability.
