    Good work environment with challenging tasks that build skills
    The good thingsThe company offers good work experience and a stable environment. The workload is manageable, and colleagues are generally helpful. There are opportunities to learn, although career growth could be improved. Overall, it’s a decent company, especially for gaining experience.
    The challengesThe role can be demanding at times, and clearer processes would improve efficiency.

    Overall, Yempo is the best!!! It provides a flexible, supportive work environment, great opportunities for growth, competitive benefits, and a strong sense of teamwork.
    The good thingsYempo offers the freedom to work remotely and set flexible hours, which is a huge relief, especially for me, as I value spending more time with my family and pursuing my personal interests/hobbies. Even in a work from home setup, Yempo knows how to have fun!!! From summer outings to other company events - so there’s always something to look forward to outside of the usual workday ;) Additionally, the pay and benefits at Yempo are very competitive. They offer health insurance, bonuses, performance incentives, and even gift certificates/vouchers for participating in their monthly engagements.
    The challengesMaintaining the perfect work-life balance can be challenging during busy seasons or when there are tight deadlines. There are times when I find it difficult to switch off, especially when there’s a lot of work to be done, since we work remotely. But still, good time management really makes all the difference.

    Best company that I've ever worked with
    The good thingsAs an employee, the value accorded to me and the culture that has been fostered since I first joined 1 remains consistent until now. The team is very engaged and highly focused on delivering what they committed. Since it is a lean organization, there is not much of a hierarchy that can slow down processes. Professional growth is also not hampered as functions can be expanded even if one does not have a lot of direct reports. Am happy to be going on my 9th year with Yempo!
    The challengesNo company is perfect but the benefits and perks for working here outweigh any occasional challenges that may arise. All great so far.

    The good thingsThe management is superb! They're not the typical "boss" or "robot" type. They definitely serve their employees well! The culture overall - integrity, equality, and many more is just great! I hope they maintain that culture and values as the company grows more successful.

    The good thingsI highly appreciate the work-life balance achieved through remote work, the provision of work equipment by the company, and the competitive salary. The positive work environment, along with approachable management and colleagues, contributes to a supportive atmosphere. Additionally, the HMO benefits are excellent, with the option to enroll dependents at no additional cost.

    Don't be fooled by their "Work From Home" or "Work Life Balance" claim. This company does not follow labor code and will just let you know "that's what the client said" without doing any investigation.
    The good thingsNOTHING - Just look at all those negative reviews. They are not even on a 4.0 rating.

    It is not all bad but definitely not a good experience. I felt I was thrown under the bus when things went south without someone from the management backing me up. Truly demoralizing and traumatic. You’re lucky if you find a good client, if you will get a client that was assigned to mine, for sure it will be traumatic too. It’s still better to go with stable companies with a bit lower offer that will provide job security.
    The good thingsThe pay. It is a bit higher than average compensation for the role of a CSR. They pay well
    The challengesThey let go of their people without discussing further with the client what happened why they would discontinue your employment. Business first as usual. No due process or investigation of the client’s claim is even true or not. I don’t recommend this company if you’re looking for job stability.

    The challengesLess opportunity to be promoted as it's only a small BPO company and most employees are outsourced personnel so teams are divided per client. It's possible if the company will grow in the next following years.
