    The good thingsWorking under the Marketing Team for a proud Philippine company is great. The fast-pace is tolerable, and there are good people in the company.
    The challengesThe direction of the Brand, Marketing and Communications is not very clear. The team is understaffed and you are more or less left to your own devices. There are hardly any mentors in the company who can help advance your career in Marketing.
