The challenges- WFH arrangement is not flexible for those with more than 1 place. Even if you own both properties, this will be questioned and scrutinized unnecessarily.
- Flexible working hours is designed to be flexible for the management, not the output.
- OT's are pre-approved for salary-based. Workloads usually is more than the 9-hour shift, and OTs are not paid.
- Salary allotment is top heavy. If you're a late joiner, good luck negotiating the salary range you're looking for, specially if you're aiming to apply for management role.
- No structure of tasks and responsibilities. One project you'll be handling out-of-department tasks.
- IT Department is double-standard. Company rules and regulations that doesn't work for them are blatantly ignored.
- Salary is not aligned with people of the same title
