    The good thingsA great start for customer service jobs. Management is considerate with attendance and work schedules. They have high night differential pay.

    The management in United Airlines is not good they pressured the employees. I don't recommend working in wipro especially to this account unless that manager will be terminated.

    I worked at Wipro for almost 7 years, and while the job had its challenges, I remained loyal and did my part. But after resigning, everything changed. It’s been over 3 months since my last day, and my final pay is still incomplete. I followed all procedures, submitted the requirements, and waited patiently — only to receive vague responses and no clear breakdown of what's missing. HR has been unresponsive and treats ex-employees like they no longer matter. It’s frustrating, disheartening, and honestly feels like a slap in the face after years of service. The exit process is inefficient, slow, and lacks any form of accountability. No one should have to beg for what they’ve already earned. Wipro seriously needs to fix its post-employment process. This experience has completely changed how I view the company.

    The challengesWorked at Wipro for nearly 7 years, but the exit process ruined everything. It’s been over 3 months since I resigned and my final pay is still incomplete. HR gives vague replies and no accountability. After years of service, this is the treatment? Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

    The good thingsLearning experience and Process trainings especially in their F&A accounts. Insurance coverage. Access to career development through in-house learning programs and/or SEED programs (qualified tuition reimbursement).
    The challengesLow compensation package especially in their F&A accounts. Passive Support group. Not allowing employees to use smart devices.

    Calls are difficult but manageable, though the account I'm in is very hard the experience is great!
    The good thingsVery attentive on their trainees, they train you well before placing you to the battle field which I am very much grateful because I never had BPO experience before and this is my first BPO company and I find it comforting that you would learn more before moving to the next level.
    The challengesAlmost every week they change schedules of duty but then again it was already disclosed during interview that there is no permanent schedule and change shifts are to be expected. But it would be better if they change shifts every 15 days rather than every week.
