    Management...management...
    The good thingsBefore acquired, it was a pretty good company. Challenges but can overcome. People back in the day were generally good and environment was pretty awesome. This changed however when management shifted.
    The challengesManagement and all the red tape involved. If you want to get promoted, you need to play. (you know what I mean)

    The good thingsI enjoy working here because all my colleagues as well as our leaders are able to help especially when we need to escalate our issues.
    The challengesOne of the challenges is when you encounter a problem/issues that is new and you will get stuck on it. Another challenge is waking up very early everyday.
