good company, people culture hit and miss
The good thingscompany in general looks after peoples welfare on all its decisions and try to make programs that are for all. Very big on mental health and try to promote it all the time. The workplace itself it LGBTQ+ friendly and promotes diversity. a bit laidback when it comes to work.
The challengesIssues with openness specially with some employees that are long tenured. Not all are open to ideas (boss mentality rather than a leader mindset). Salary is a bit on the low scale.

Toxic environment, if you care of your well-being I don’t suggest to apply to this company.
The good thingsHMO is good once hired you’re already enrolled.
The challengesCS are forced to do multi skills, need to handle sports, gaming, general and verification concerns though task os chat but you need to cater 10 customers at the same time which common issue leads to no resolution.

    Going downhill
The good thingsCompany was good before they hired external managers. Everybody was able to be productive and was satisfied with their employment.
The challengesNew management that was hired due to connections. They didn't really have any knowledge on the industry and made a lot of decisions that negatively impacted employee satisfaction.

The good thingsThe work is dynamic and interesting. The work environment is not stressful, work/life balance is very good. The management gives full support to sports activities and provides venues for hobbies/activities of others.
The challengesOther companies with the same type of work offer higher compensation. Tools are not that effective, there are lots of manual computation of stats and data.

WHG Customer Services Philippines could do so much better...
The good thingsMy top choice are my colleagues as we can only count on ourselves if the going gets rough (which mostly is the case). Work is okay (but the workload is not as our salary doesn't match what we do). The area where the office is located is nice and the shuttle service provided by the company is nice as well.
The challengesThe mandatory \"after work\" meetings and trainings are very stressful for all of us employees specially those who are on day off or coming from far areas. Where you'll be sanctioned if you don't attend a meeting that just summarizes all updates sent to us via email. Management could use a lot of work as well as they only come to work to promote their networking business.

The good thingsThey focusing more on employee engagement which I knew need for a young headcount. They not also see the employee welfare they concerned for the families of the employees they practicing family ties one of Filipinos characteristics. They also did charity works here and abroad.
The challengesMy big challenge that I encounter during our transition period which is every decision you made there is a big impact on employee side. Talking to each employee it's not easy to do because all of them are had opinions that's need to be heard and answer all questions carefully.
