    The good thingsWell manpower, salary is on time and never expect a delayment and most important thing the camaraderie of each members of department goes well with one another. Accomodations are good enough also mostly on the staff.
    The challengesTime management, stress not mostly on the work but the travel itself, too man documents since this is a construction company and good manners to everyone
