The experience I gather with in the company is what I value due to the competence on handling projects by myself or sometimes with the guide of the senior QAE on the Automation team
The good thingsGood things is that the work set up is WFH setup, I have more time to spent with my family and friends after working hour. And also the Automation team members are very approachable when asked. They also let us handle project by ourselves with minimal guidance or just an update on what is happening
The challengesThere are some features that I am still not familiar with the automation but the automation team senior are guided me and make me more familiar with in the approach of automation some applications
