Also, as to my profession, it helps me how to think more critically, as well as how to communicate to different types of people. The job also help me to improve my writing skills, since in my position I am required to create and submit a report.
The challengesBeing an auditor, we are bound to check whether the employees follow the Standard Operating Procedure, however to my dismay the management who receives our report for implementation did not take it seriously, likewise timely. The same problems occurs every audit, I feel like the essence of audit is useless. Auditors are there to help the company not to encounter the same problem again.
