    Great co-employees! No issues with your co-employees only the Management needs to improve.
    The good thingsI love the people working here. They are very friendly and is already like a family to me. They keep me motivated to go to work.
    The challengesThe bosses. You'll have a lot of bosses and you'll be confused who to follow and which decision to follow. They are the typical BOSSes. No trainings given to improve your ability. They expect you to be perfect in all you do. One mistake, means big issue for them. OR sometimes, you'll just bid goodbye once you did one mistake and they did not like it.

    I have gained a lot from my stay in my current company but a career oriented individual needs to explore and have to lear more.
    The good thingsI have gained the what so called 'INTEGRITY' and that is doing the right thing even if no one is watching. Also, consistency and perseverance are what I have encountered during my tenure and it has given me the value of myself,my work and my lifestyle.
    The challengesYou need to adapt and endure a lot for you to be respected by your co employee and superiors. You need to be patient at all times and have it i your daily routine to be a good follower in order for you to be a good leader.

    The good thingsThe best benefit of being an Internal Auditor for the company is that you can travel the entire country for free. Also, as to my profession, it helps me how to think more critically, as well as how to communicate to different types of people. The job also help me to improve my writing skills, since in my position I am required to create and submit a report.
    The challengesBeing an auditor, we are bound to check whether the employees follow the Standard Operating Procedure, however to my dismay the management who receives our report for implementation did not take it seriously, likewise timely. The same problems occurs every audit, I feel like the essence of audit is useless. Auditors are there to help the company not to encounter the same problem again.
