A good company, not behind of benefits

The good thingsA little of everything. Not all company value their employees. Working here makes you feel valued, they provide training to employees to develop their personal skills and build their confidence. Aside from building your personal skills, they also provide technical training for employees' added knowledge and development. They also have a lot of activities to support balance and lessen employees' stress like going out on a Friday with a provided budget for expenses. They also have free breakfast every day. free uniform. I also attended one of their outdoor activity in "Tree Planting" it was an awesome experience. Overall, I love working here.

The challengesThe challenge is dealing with Koreans and language barriers. Sometimes they compare Koreans to Filipinos. But we are different. We have our own set values, traditions, and ways of life. Filipinos love to Smile, Koreans are always serious, and their Smile is expensive. They need to adjust and be adaptable to how we work. Filipinos are hardworking and can find ways.
