The bank is vey good in terms of working environment and continuous enhancement of benefits.The good thingsThe bank is good, they hire me because they saw potential skills on me to fill the gap in addressing the bank's problem. And it was a great career growth and development. Challenges are inevitable but who am I to complain that is part of my job that is why they hire me as problem solver not as problem contributor. Challenges made me sharper and on the first place if they don't have problem then why should I be hired. Responsibilities and lead role must come with great skills, experience and most importantly professional manner, I don't asked for it but it was given to me not as a favor but a justified role.
The challengesChallenges are present everywhere and anywhere, there is no such thing as perfect company its for you to fit in as an employee and a problem solver. The bank has its own management's problem and processes that needs everybody's role to contribute in the solution. And for me those are just normal and acceptable since the company is still expanding and making those challenges as opportunities for me to grow and learn more.
